The 3rd Annual Erath County Pasture to Packer Program will begin soon. In an effort to help educate youth about beef cattle production, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Erath County developed this educational program targeting young people to become more involved in commercial production and educate them on what it takes to get beef from the pasture, to the packer and finally, to the consumer.
